Doula Consultations

Are you torn between doing it all yourself and getting some help?  Do you feel like you don't really need a full-on in-person birth or postpartum doula but you do have some questions and you don't want to go to Dr. Google?  Is cost keeping you from getting the help you would like?  I am now offering consultations!  These services can be used alone or added on to any of my other birth and postpartum packages.
Pricing:

2.5-3 hour in-home consultation $350
  • We could meet prenatally or postpartum. 
  • Get all your questions answered and settle into your new role(s)!

​30minute virtual consultation followed by a one week followup 15 minute phone call $150
  • We will speak briefly before our scheduled consultation to set an agenda.  
  • This can be a more general call with multiple questions or have a more specific focus like reviewing your birth preferences and creating a plan together!
What might be discussed prenatally?

  • Your birth preferences and options. 
  • Questions to ask your medical provider.
  • When to go to the hospital or your birthing facility.
  • All you really need before bringing baby home.  
  • ALL the baby gear!  And get some tips on my favorite gadgets!
What might be discussed postpartum?

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and how to correctly prepare formula.
  • Swaddling techniques... learn what my favorite swaddles are and why!
  • Strategies to improve your newborns sleep.
  • Creating a working schedule for the whole family.
  • Milestones/ what to expect in the first year!
